The River City Inn is located in the small city with a big heart of Parsons, West Virginia at 233 Cheat Valley Highway Parsons, WV 26287

Check-in will be at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Please feel free to request an earlier check-in. We will be happy to accommodate if available. 

• At this time, we are a pet free facility.  • Some of our guests may have pet allergies. We’re sorry you won’t be able to take your fluffy friends with you. • We also lack the appropriate space to allow pets to relieve themselves outdoors.

 River City Inn operates as a self-check-in property with staff available nearby but not always on-site. Our local team is often in and out of the property throughout the day and is always reachable by phone or text if you need assistance. This setup allows guests to enjoy privacy and flexibility while still having quick access to help when needed. 

All guests receive their room number and a unique entry code prior to arrival. When you arrive, you can go straight to your room and let yourself in — no front desk or waiting required. It’s quick, easy, and secure. 

You can text or call us anytime! Even if we’re not on-site, someone from our team is always close by and ready to assist with anything you might need — from maintenance requests to local recommendations.
